Return Process

  Pack Securely

  Place the adapter in its original packaging with all included connectors and manuals to ensure a full refund and prevent transit damage.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
